Applicable to the Prince Eduhub PMS mobile application (com.pms.prince.pms) and the PMS Admin Portal.
Prince Eduhub PMS is an institutional management tool developed for employees, faculty, contractors, designers, and printing vendors affiliated with Prince Eduhub (Sikar, Rajasthan, India). We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data collected is strictly used for purchase verification, print order lifecycles, and institutional operations.
1 Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy outlines the procedures, practices, and policies of Prince Eduhub regarding the collection, storage, use, and protection of information gathered from authorized users of our mobile application and web portal (collectively, the "System").
By installing, accessing, or using the Prince Eduhub PMS application or administrative portal, you consent to the data practices described in this document.
2 Information We Collect
To perform core business functions, the System collects the following categories of information:
A. User Identity
Full name, mobile telephone number, organizational role (Super Admin, Manager, Digital Studio Incharge, Store Incharge, Wing Incharge, Designer, Vendor), and affiliated campus wing.
B. Authentication & Security
SMS One-Time Passwords (OTP) and login tokens processed securely through Google Firebase Authentication.
C. Operational & Media Files
Camera photos and storage files uploaded by users, such as invoice copies, bill receipts, print proofs, digital creative assets, and newspaper clipping photographs.
D. Device & Notification Tokens
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device registration tokens used to deliver critical status alerts, purchase approvals, and audio notifications.
3 How We Use Your Information
- Order Lifecycle & Approval Routing: Generating Purchase Requests (PR), forwarding them to assigned designers, sending Print Orders (PO) to vendors, and logging delivery confirmations.
- Operational Notifications: Sending instantaneous push alerts and audio notifications when requests are approved, bills are uploaded, or order statuses transition.
- Audit Trails & Institutional Accounting: Verifying vendor payouts, recording deliveries, maintaining digital studio asset inventory, and tracking newspaper marketing publications.
- Account Verification & Security: Ensuring that only designated, authorized staff and vendors access internal institution records.
4 Device Permissions Required

5 Third-Party Infrastructure & Services
We do not engage in commercial data reselling, programmatic advertising, or external marketing trackers. The application relies solely on enterprise service providers:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): For secure phone OTP authentication and real-time Cloud Messaging (FCM). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Dedicated Hosting Servers: Managed secure server facilities with firewalling, automated daily backups, and SSL/TLS end-to-end encryption.
Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests
In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy regarding User Data and Account Deletion:
- Any registered user, vendor, or former staff member may request the deletion of their user profile and associated personal data.
- To submit an account and data deletion request online, use our dedicated form at: Account Deletion Request Page, or email info@princeeduhub.com with your registered mobile phone number.
- Requests are processed within 7 business days. Financial audit logs and legal transaction records required by statutory law may be retained in anonymized archival storage as mandated by Indian educational governance regulations.
7 Data Protection & Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure your data. All communication between the mobile app, the administrative web portal, and our database servers is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Access to the administrative portal is strictly protected by role-based authentication and audit monitoring.
8 Children's Privacy
Our System is designed exclusively for enterprise personnel, educators, staff, and adult contractors. It is not intended for or directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
