Standard operating terms governing access and use of the Prince Eduhub PMS mobile application and administrative web portal.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Prince Eduhub ("Institution", "we", "our") regarding your access to and use of the Prince Eduhub PMS mobile application and administrative portal.
By logging in via phone authentication or utilizing any module of the System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the System.
2 Authorized User Accounts
Exclusive Internal Use: The System is strictly provisioned for verified staff, faculty members, institutional incharges, contracted designers, and authorized printing vendors of Prince Eduhub.
Authentication Security: Accounts are tied to verified phone numbers authenticated via One-Time Passwords (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTPs and login sessions. You agree never to share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Revocation: Prince Eduhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access at any time upon cessation of employment, contract completion, or unauthorized activity.
3 User Roles & Responsibilities
Designers
Responsible for verifying print dimensions, specifications, and uploading print-ready artwork files in a timely manner as designated in Purchase Requests.
Printing Vendors
Must ensure accurate quality adhering to PO specifications, log authentic delivery slips, maintain exact quantity counts, and submit verifiable invoices.
Wing & Store Incharges
Must verify material intake physically prior to marking deliveries as confirmed and verify stock counts accurately.
Managers & Super Admins
Responsible for authorizing purchase requests, allocating budget payments, managing system roles, and maintaining organizational governance.
4 Acceptable Use Policy
While using the System, you agree that you will NOT:
- Falsify delivery records, invoices, material quantities, or payment approvals.
- Upload malicious files, virus payloads, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt system APIs, databases, or cloud servers.
- Use the System for personal commercial gain or non-Prince Eduhub business.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, educational curriculum, institutional logos, trademarks, digital media, software source code, interface designs, and workflow systems belong exclusively to Prince Eduhub or its technology licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6 Limitation of Liability
The System is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for organizational convenience. While Prince Eduhub endeavors to maintain 99.9% uptime, we shall not be liable for temporary network outages, third-party SMS delivery delays, or unnotified downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance or telecommunication network failures.
7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the System shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts situated in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
8 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at our discretion to align with regulatory updates or evolving operational workflows. The latest revision date will always be prominently displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
