Authorized users, contractors, designers, or vendors of the Prince Eduhub PMS platform (com.pms.prince.pms) can request the permanent closure of their account and deletion of their personal identity records using this form.

Data that WILL be deleted

Your user profile record (Name, Phone number, Role).
Firebase Authentication session credentials.
FCM device notification tokens & audio preferences.
Login history, access permissions, and session tokens.

Data RETAINED for Auditing

Completed purchase orders, confirmed delivery slips, and vendor billing receipts are retained in anonymized format as strictly mandated by Indian statutory institutional governance and financial accounting audits.
